Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Rallik. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Rallik on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
The service
Rallik is a marketing strategy workspace. You work through a conversation with an AI strategist which proposes decisions; you edit, accept or reject each one, and accepted decisions build a strategy you own. It can connect to your advertising accounts, read-only, to ground its recommendations in your real performance.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business purposes, within your plan's limits. Features change as the product develops.
Accounts
Keep your details accurate and your password secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@rallik.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
Rallik accounts are individual. There are no shared or organisation workspaces, and your strategies are visible only to you.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through Polar, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment, receipts and applicable taxes. Polar's own checkout terms apply at purchase.
- Free trial — available for the published time and usage allowance, whichever finishes first. No card is required for the in-product free trial.
- Paid plans — include weekly and billing-cycle usage allowances presented as percentages. Different AI operations consume different internal amounts, but Rallik does not expose technical tokens, reply counters, or search fractions as separate customer balances. Current prices and plan capacity are shown before purchase.
- Cancelling — cancel any time in the billing portal. Future charges stop and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Upgrades take effect after successful payment and may be prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Optional extra usage is prepaid, non-recurring, applied only after payment confirmation, and carries the expiry shown before purchase. Rallik does not create a postpaid usage debt.
Any free trial is limited to one per person. Deleting and recreating an account does not create a new entitlement.
If you have an active paid plan, cancel it before deleting your account — otherwise billing would continue for an account that no longer exists. Rallik will refuse the deletion and tell you so rather than let that happen.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Rallik for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes.
- Submit content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Probe, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- Work around plan limits, rate limits or access controls.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
- Generate spam, malware or deceptive marketing at scale.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or create a legal or security risk.
Connected accounts
You may connect Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Ads. All access is read-only: Rallik does not create, edit, publish, pause, resume, delete or spend anything on any connected platform, and does not request permissions that would let it.
- You confirm you are authorised to connect each account and to let Rallik read its data.
- Your use of those platforms stays governed by their own terms, including the Google Ads API Terms and the Meta Platform Terms. Complying with their advertising policies remains your responsibility.
- Disconnect any account at any time from Connections; the stored authorisation is deleted.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Rallik. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service — including sending relevant parts to our AI provider to generate a response. You confirm you have the rights to submit it.
AI output
Rallik's proposals are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Nothing enters your strategy until you accept it, and reviewing what you accept is your responsibility. We do not guarantee rankings, conversions, results, or that generated copy complies with any advertising platform's policies or with the law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rallik whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or if continuing would create a legal or security risk. When your account ends, your licence ends and your data is deleted, apart from records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rallik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or your breach of applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Updates appear here with a new date, and continuing to use Rallik afterwards means you accept them. We will give additional notice of material changes.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Rallik operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable the rest still applies, and not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
