Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rallik at rallik.com and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using Rallik, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Rallik on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

Rallik is an agentic AI marketing workspace. It connects to your marketing accounts to analyze performance, helps you build marketing strategy and content through chat and a a canvas of saved work, and produce recommendations grounded in your actual performance data. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and your plan limits.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@rallik.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Rallik.

Paid plans, free trials, and credit top-ups are billed through Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment collection, receipts, and applicable taxes. By subscribing, you also agree to Polar's checkout terms presented at purchase.

• Free trial - 7-day trial with 15 credits; a valid payment method may be required. You are not charged today; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to the Pro plan at $69/month (or the price shown at checkout). The trial is limited to one per person or customer identity; deleting and recreating an account does not restore eligibility.
• Credits - generation consumes credits from your account balance. Credits refill according to your plan and do not roll over unless stated otherwise. Top-up credits stack on your balance.
• Cancellation - you may cancel through the billing portal before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use Rallik for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent credit limits, access controls, or rate limits.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or deceptive marketing at scale.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a security or legal risk.

Rallik lets you optionally connect third-party marketing accounts (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads) so it can report on and learn from your results. Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console access is read-only. Meta is read-only and used for reporting, audits, strategy, and recommendations.

• You represent that you are authorized to connect each account and to allow Rallik to access its data on your behalf.
• Rallik does not create, edit, publish, pause, resume, or delete campaigns, ad sets, ads, or account settings on any connected platform.
• Your use of connected platforms remains governed by those platforms' own terms, including the Google Ads API Terms and the Meta Platform Terms. You are responsible for your own compliance with those platforms' advertising policies.
• You may disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Connections. On disconnect, Rallik removes the stored authorization for that source where supported. You can also revoke access directly from your Google account permissions or your Meta business integrations settings.

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit to Rallik (“Customer Content”). You grant Rallik a worldwide license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending it to AI providers for generation and validation.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Rallik uses artificial intelligence to produce strategy and marketing content. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before publication or use in campaigns.

Rallik does not guarantee rankings, conversions, compliance with advertising platform policies, or legal/regulatory approval of generated copy.

If you create or join an organization workspace, administrators may manage membership and access to shared projects. Content created in a shared workspace may be visible to other members according to their permissions.

You may stop using Rallik at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continued provision would create legal or security risk. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete workspace data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal and billing record requirements.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALLIK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALLIK AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RALLIK IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You will defend and indemnify Rallik against claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice.

• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Rallik operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
